PLASITE 4500 PRG is a 100% solids, flake filled, premium epoxy coating designed for coating of steel, concrete, internal tank linings and pipe linings. Plasite 4500 PRG (PhotoResist Grade) is a sprayable epoxy coating system formulated to be photoresist safe. It is specially formulated with zero free amines for the semi-conductor industry for use in areas where photoresist materials are used. A side benefit of the formula is the inherent blush resistance of the product during application and cure. It is normally applied by plural component, in a single coat application for internal lining applications for a total of 16-25 mils. Plasite 4500 PRG is used for applications in the pipeline, secondary containment, and semiconductor industry. Its superior bonding qualities and excellent resistance to chemical attack make it ideal for wall and floor coatings in production areas.
