Type 7HD is a high density, cementitious, noncombustible, inorganic fireproofing supplied as a single powder component that is mixed with clean, potable water prior to application.
It is intended for application to interior structural columns, beams, joists, decks, walls, roofs, girders, floors and pre-cast concrete units. It is tested and certified for fire resistance ratings up to 4 hours. TYPE 7HD™ was specifically formulated for interior areas where the potential for high humidity and damage from abuse and severe conditions exists. It is resistant to damage and moisture and is an excellent choice for interior use in high traffic areas, mechanical rooms, swimming pool areas elevator shafts and parking garages.
