Additive 101
Additive 101 is an accelerator used to speed the cure of many solvent-based polyurethane coatings. It can be used in Carboline’s Carbothane Series finishes including the 133 and 134 Series products and Clear Coats. DO NOT USE with water-borne polyurethanes.

- Additive 101 accelerates polyurethane cure rates and shortens dry film formation time within a wide range of application temperatures. In general, dry times can be decreased from 25-40% depending on the ambient conditions and substrate temperature. With the use of Additive 101, select Carboline 133 & 134 series polyurethanes will continue to cure at temperatures as low as 20°F (-7°C). Refer to specific product cure times for guidance.
